Bayside Fitness Ltd

Bayside Fitness is a community‑focused health and performance centre that blends mind, body and movement to help members feel better, move better and live better. Their purpose‑driven approach goes beyond the traditional gym floor, offering a welcoming space where people of all ages and fitness levels can train with confidence, learn proper technique and prioritise long‑term health rather than quick fixes.

The studio’s programme roster includes a diverse range of classes – from calming Vinyasa yoga and core‑strengthening Pilates to high‑energy circuits, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, daily Strength Tread Sled (STS) sessions and the race‑inspired HYROX workout. Each 50‑minute class is delivered in purpose‑built rooms such as the Zen Room and the Disco Room, and is designed to challenge participants in a supportive, positive environment. The experienced team – led by Alan, Ray and Nina – brings a wealth of qualifications in personal training, group instruction, nutrition and specialised modalities such as boxing, kettlebell work and ZUU.

Bayside Fitness therefore serves anyone looking for a balanced, community‑driven fitness experience that nurtures both the body and the mind.
