Circus250 Productions Company Limited by Guarantee is a vibrant touring circus company that creates inventive, joy‑filled performances for audiences across Ireland, the United Kingdom and beyond. Born from the 2018 celebrations of 250 years of circus, the organisation blends traditional circus craft with contemporary storytelling, aiming to make the art form accessible to everyone – from families and schoolchildren to festival‑goers and community groups.

Their repertoire includes a range of original shows such as Grace: The Story of a Pirate Queen, an aerial tribute to Ireland’s legendary Grace O’Malley; Desert Bloom, a poetic tale of a rare Atacama flower; and StrongWomen Science, a circus‑science hybrid starring two women scientists turned performers. In addition to full productions, Circus250 runs workshops, behind‑the‑scenes experiences and specialist festivals – notably the upcoming Grace O’Malley Festival on Achill Island and the Europe‑first Circus Science by the Sea event in County Mayo.
