Run of the Mill Arts Company Limited by Guarantee is an inclusive arts organisation based in Celbridge, County Kildare. The company is committed to creating a platform for the stories, artistic expressions and talents of intellectually disabled people in the arts in Ireland. It strives to produce work of high artistic quality that is entertaining, ambitious, impactful and visible on stages and screens. The company believes the arts are a powerful tool for social change, amplifying unheard voices and sharing new perspectives. It champions the rights of its participants and artists to be involved meaningfully in the arts and advocates for increased accessibility for learning disabled artists across the sector. Its projects include Connections, a poetry film collaboration; Real Life, a soap opera; and Linda, George & Gillian, a stage production development. The company also offers workshops and has a safeguarding policy.
