Kriya Yoga Ireland Ltd

Kriya Yoga Ireland is a fellowship formed to facilitate disciples of Swami Sadhanananda Giri. Under the direction of this spiritual teacher, a senior disciple facilitates a monthly Kriyayoga meeting, which includes practice followed by spiritual discussion and sharing in an atmosphere of respect and trust. Individual practice sessions and questions about practice can be arranged on request. The group has also travelled to the teacher's ashram in Jujersa Yogashram, near Kolkata, India. The fellowship describes Kriya Yoga as a universal scientific practice, open to any seeker regardless of class, creed, sex or nationality, that uses breathing exercises to bring the mind to stillness and realise the Ultimate Reality. It serves disciples and spiritual seekers in Ireland.
