The Jewel Lodge and Spa Ltd

The Jewel Lodge & Spa is a boutique retreat nestled in the tranquil village of Glengarriff, West Cork, where luxury accommodation meets an award‑winning outdoor riverside spa. The lodge offers a small collection of beautifully appointed rooms, each with a private bathroom and a complimentary breakfast basket, and deliberately omits televisions to encourage guests to unwind and reconnect with the surrounding landscape.

The centerpiece of the experience is the Riverside Spa, an adult‑only sanctuary that welcomes both overnight and day guests. A two‑hour wellness package includes access to an outdoor hot tub, a cabin sauna, an infrared sauna pod, a river plunge pool and a cosy relaxation room stocked with herbal teas. Additional indulgences such as bespoke spa treatments and a seaweed bath are also available. For those seeking a deeper reset, The Jewel Lodge & Spa runs one‑day and weekend wellness retreats that combine meditation, personal reflection and full use of the spa facilities.

Ideal for couples, solo travellers and families (with the spa reserved for guests aged 16 and over), the lodge provides a serene haven for anyone looking to relax, renew and reconnect in the heart of West Cork’s natural beauty.
