Sligo Physio Space Ltd

Based in Sligo, the practice operates from two convenient sites – Ballast Quay, where reformer Pilates classes and a modern gym are housed, and Strandhill, which offers a dedicated treatment space. The clinic delivers a full spectrum of physiotherapy services, from detailed assessments using handheld dynamometry and force plates to hands‑on techniques and evidence‑based advice. Specialities include strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates instruction, and the region’s most advanced treatment for headaches and migraines. Claire’s background in elite sport – working with professional rugby teams, the IRFU, gymnastics, AFL and GAA athletes – underpins a sports‑specific rehabilitation approach that incorporates task‑oriented outcome measures and tailor‑made exercise programmes. Sligo Physio Space is committed to compassionate, respectful care, empowering clients to achieve their health goals through clear communication and professional support. Whether addressing a new injury or managing a chronic condition, the team strives to get you back on your feet quickly and keep you thriving in everyday life and sport.
