The Barrel Sauna Experience Ltd

The Barrel Sauna Experience Limited is a boutique wellness brand dedicated to bringing the timeless benefits of sauna‑bathing back to the community. Founded by Laura and Rob after more than two decades of personal practice, the company operates three purpose‑built venues in Greystones, Dundrum and Tallaght, each housing a range of wood‑burning barrel saunas of varying sizes.

Guests can enjoy a full “social sauna” session that combines heated barrel rooms with individual cold‑plunge baths, optional cold showers and private, lockable changing stalls. The facilities also feature comfortable seating areas, lockers (bring your own lock) and ample parking, with staggered booking times to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience.

Beyond the physical amenities, The Barrel Sauna cultivates a welcoming community where anyone can unwind, recover and reconnect. Whether you’re seeking a post‑work refresh, a unique date night or a regular wellness ritual, the brand offers a clean, affordable and friendly environment that encourages regular sweating as a healthy lifestyle habit.
