Thrive Pilates is a Pilates and movement studio located on the edge of Downtown Boise, Idaho. It provides a personalised and positive movement experience in a safe, respectful, and beautiful environment. The studio offers private and semi-private sessions, group Reformer classes, mat classes, and Pilates Barre classes. Its expert instructors provide customised instruction designed to meet individual needs, from post-rehabilitative support to advanced athletic workouts. The studio also hosts the Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Training programme and brings in internationally renowned instructors for weekend continuing education workshops. The business was opened in 2009 as the result of a shared vision with the owner of a physical therapy branch, and the two remain sister businesses with an aligned vision for movement health.
