Original Pompeii Pizza Ltd

Original Pompeii Pizza Limited is an authentic wood‑fired pizzeria specialising in Neapolitan‑style pizza. Using hand‑built brick ovens, the team creates a light, thin crust from dough that is milled in‑house and blended with premium Italian Caputo flour. All sauces are made from scratch, ensuring every pie is a true craft‑food experience.

The menu showcases a wide range of creations, from classic Margherita Italiana and Quattro Formaggi to inventive vegan options such as JackFruit BBQ and Messicana Bianca. Signature toppings include locally sourced Toonsbridge Fior di Latte, smoked Scamorza, and the house‑made Calabrian nduja. In addition to dine‑in service at the Franciscan Well Bar in Cork, Pompeii Pizza offers gift vouchers and a “Create Your Own” pizza option, catering to families, friends and corporate gatherings alike. The pizzeria also welcomes skilled pizzaioli to join its passionate team.
