Bia Beirut is a Lebanese-Irish, family-run food business based in Cork, bringing authentic Lebanese recipes and hospitality to Irish tables. Founded by a couple, the company makes food by hand using traditional methods and authentic Lebanese ingredients. Its product range includes sourdough breads made from a four-year-old starter, handmade Teta breads, dips, spreads, sauces, mezze items such as shankleesh, marinated olives, vine leaves and stuffed eggplant, baked sourdough snaps, and herbs and spices like za'atar, sumac and dukkah. The business also offers catering services, including soups, salads, charcuterie and cheese boards, main dishes, desserts and cakes. It serves customers through click and collect and event catering, with a mission that good food does not have to be complicated.
