Pura Vida Fitness Limited is a boutique personal‑training studio based in Greystones, dedicated to helping clients of all ages—particularly those over 40—unlock their full fitness potential. All of the trainers hold BSc degrees and collectively bring more than 45 years of industry experience, delivering a highly qualified, individual‑focused service that blends personal training, life‑coaching and nutrition guidance.

The studio offers a private, fully equipped gym with indoor and outdoor training areas, free parking, shower facilities and a green, light‑filled environment. Sessions run from 6 am to 1 pm and can be booked online for maximum flexibility. In addition to one‑to‑one personal training (30‑minute sessions with a pre‑planned warm‑up), Pura Vida provides online coaching, family‑fitness programmes, and a range of group activities such as injury‑rehab, indoor cycling, yoga, outdoor hikes and health retreats. A thorough two‑stage assessment looks at lifestyle, sleep, injury history and overall wellbeing, ensuring each programme
