The heart of the menu is the Neapolitan‑style pizza, crafted daily in a 300 °C wood‑fired oven using 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, premium Italian produce and a drizzle of the finest olive oil. The classic Margherita is on offer in all sizes for just €10, available all day, while a range of other toppings can be enjoyed either on‑site from midday or collected via the easy online ordering system. Coffee lovers are treated to beans sourced from McCabes of Co. Wicklow, brewed from 8 am (9 am on Sundays) and paired with freshly baked pastries.
