Hometree Company Limited By Guarantee is a west-of-Ireland nature-restoration charity dedicated to rebuilding resilient native temperate rainforests. By weaving together community involvement, cultural heritage, scientific research and natural systems, Hometree creates thriving habitats while offering people fresh, hands-on ways to connect with the landscape.

The organisation runs regular tree-planting days-bare-root planting in winter and nursery work in summer-and provides a range of participation options. Individuals and groups can pledge a native tree, become restoration members whose monthly contributions fund land acquisition and long-term conservation, or purchase tree-sapling bundles and framed certificates. Hometree also delivers educational resources, volunteer programmes and specialised projects such as the Wild Atlantic Rainforest Project, Iveragh Woodlands EIP and collaborations with farmers across sites like Ennistymon, Cnocán Bán and Avoca.

Through partnerships with schools, brands and community groups, Hometree channels donations and pledges into tangible forest growth, nurturing both the environment and the people who cherish it.
