Children’s sessions start with the “Mighty Mites” (4‑7 years), progress through “Pee Wees” (7‑9), “Juniors” (10‑12) and “Teens” (13‑16), each designed to build confidence, coordination and self‑defence through fun drills and games. Adult learners can join a free introductory session, then move on to the core fundamentals class – the most popular offering – or the advanced curriculum that focuses on competition‑tested techniques.
