Java The Hut is a family‑run roastery and café founded in 2009 by Marc and Emer Hynes. Based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, the business specialises in micro‑lot, small‑batch single‑origin estate coffees, sourcing only high‑grade green beans from growers who are members of the Rainforest Alliance and Direct‑Trade programmes.

The Hut roasts the beans in‑house and offers a curated range of specialty blends – from festive favourites such as Christmas Coffee and The Season to classic profiles like Rebel House, Uprising and 9‑Bar. All coffees are freshly roasted and shipped nationwide with free delivery on orders over €35, and international shipping rates are also available. In addition to its online shop, the roastery and café operate from Unit 1 & 2 at The Beat Centre, where customers can enjoy a cup of the latest roast on site.
