Led by Ronan Mc Gahan, a qualified physical therapist and BSc (Hons) graduate in Coaching Science, and Siobhan, an experienced Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, RMG Fitness combines professional expertise with a warm, creative approach that empowers clients of all ages and abilities.
