Rye and Coopers Brewing Company Ltd

Rye and Coopers Brewing Company Limited is a forward‑thinking Irish brewery that is shaking up the domestic beer market with a fresh, no‑nonsense approach. Born from the founder’s frustration with bland industry pitches, the company blends classic brewing and distilling techniques with a modern, bold aesthetic to create beers that are as full of character as they are responsibly crafted.

The flagship offering, Dubliner Irish Lager (4.2 % ABV), exemplifies the brand’s commitment to flavour, fire and authenticity. In addition to producing this distinctive lager, Rye and Coopers supplies it to retailers and hospitality venues, inviting partners to join the movement by contacting the team through their stockist form. Their ethos extends beyond taste: every ingredient is sourced within a 20 km radius, spent grain feeds local dairy herds, and surplus water and raw materials are returned to the farm, while solar panels help lower the brewery’s carbon footprint.

Rye and Coopers positions itself as “not just another craft beer” – a brewery that marries tradition with innovation, delivers real‑talk branding, and champions sustainability, all while serving consumers and trade partners who crave genuine, passionately brewed beer.
