Flex In The City is a Pilates and Barre studio based in Cork, specialising in group classes and one-to-one training. The studio offers Pilates classes on the reformer, tower, chair and mat, alongside private 1:1 training. It describes the Pilates method as a low impact, full body conditioning system that strengthens and stretches the body, corrects imbalances, improves posture and supports people of all ages and stages. Clients may attend to improve running or gym performance, overall health and posture, or to address back pain or post-operative rehabilitation. The flagship studio is located at Penrose Wharf in Cork’s Victorian quarter, with two studios, a courtyard reformer studio and a riverside chair and tower studio. Facilities include a private car park, nearby cafes, sweat towels, hair ties, toiletries, fresh fruit, snacks and water, with grippy socks, water bottles and merchandise available to purchase.
